Ordering:

You can pay by paypal or credit cards via paypal. After we process your order, we do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. But please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be processed and ready for shipment. Personalized items may take up to 2-3 weeks. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via UPS (Approx. 2-3 business days), unless otherwise advised by the customer. In the event of a shipping delay, The Baby Mamas, LLC will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.

Returns and Exchanges:

At From Bump To Tot, The Baby Mamas want our customers to be fully satisfied with our products. We pride ourselves on our quality, and go to great lengths to ensure that each and every one of our products is carefully handled and packaged. In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged merchandise, please email us within 5 days at orders@thebabymamas.com in order to receive return instructions. You can elect to have the item exchanged or ask for a refund.

If the merchandise is in good condition, but for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with it, you may return the item(s) to us, unused and in their original packaging within 14 days from the date you received your order for a store credit or exchange of the same value. Kindly notify us via email at orders@thebabymamas.com in order to receive a return instructions. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from the warehouse.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) is required for all returns and must be obtained from our Customer Service Department. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization number. Please review our Policies for additional details.

Please note: a 15% re-stocking fee will apply and be charged to your credit card.

**Any items that have been personalized/monogrammed cannot be returned unless, due to our negligence, a mistake was made in the printing. If this were the case, please follow the procedure stated above, and we will promptly replace the item. We recommend that you carefully review your order before submitting it in order to ensure that your request is accurately processed.

Redeem a Gift Certificate:

Please keep in mind that the entire amount of a gift certificate must be redeemed in one shopping trip.
Before redeeming a gift certificate, you need to add an item to the shopping cart. Once that has been done, you are automatically taken to the View Cart page of the Shopping Cart.
Before you continue to make any additional purchase(s) or click on the GO TO PAYMENTS button, it is necessary to select from the drop down box, the region your item(s) will be shipped to, then type in your gift certificate number exactly as shown.

Once you have completed the above steps, click on the RECALCULATE button. The cost of shipping will be calculated and added to your total and the value of your gift certificate will be deducted from your total.

Your gift certificate is valid up until two years from the date of issue. It will expire following that date.
